There are several places where Mary loves to play when she's supposed to be writing!

Mary has given many talks to aspiring and experienced writers at Orange County Chapter of RWA, San Diego Chapter of RWA and the National RWA Conference.

She also loves to meet readers at bookstores, libraries and on Skype. They even allowed her to participate on panels for the Newport Beach Public Library Foundation, the East Los Angeles Public Library, West Hollywood Book Fair and the National Hispanic Women's Conference.

Mary loves to share her experiences with her old friend named, Rejection as well as starting a career all over again, how to make writing your priority and how to use screenwriting rules not only to plot a rip-roaring novel but to finish one!
